The Anxiety Guy programs are built on a foundation of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and somatic (body-centered) healing practices. Unlike traditional therapy that may remain mostly cognitive, or medication which often only manages symptoms, these programs are designed to progressively guide you out of unconscious fear patterns and into a felt sense of safety in your body and mind.
This holistic approach allows you to retrain your nervous system, release stored emotional energy, and develop lasting inner peace without dependency on external tools. You're not just learning how to "cope," you're actually healing at the root.
Each morning, you'll listen to a short guided audio that gently directs your inner work for the day. These audios typically take around 10 minutes, followed by a brief reflection or action step to help you fully absorb the message. In total, setting aside just 15 minutes daily is ideal, and that small daily investment creates powerful momentum toward lasting healing.
Not at all. While listening in the morning can help set the tone for the day, you have the freedom to go through each day’s lesson at your own pace. Whether it’s morning, midday, or evening, what matters most is consistency, not the exact timing. Life is unpredictable, your healing path doesn’t need to be rigid to be effective.
