This is a 20 week, 2 part program for people who are tired of living on high alert, overthinking everything, and watching life pass by because anxiety keeps pulling them back into survival mode.
You will be guided step by step through a clear daily process that helps your mind and body begin learning safety instead of threat. Lifetime access is included, so you can move at your own pace and return whenever you need a reset.
Part 1 is 4 weeks of CBT-based retraining.
Daily guidance helps you understand what keeps the anxiety cycle going and how to begin changing it. The focus is on shifting patterns such as mental reviewing, reassurance seeking, body monitoring, avoidance, and urgency. Over time anxiety stops feeling like an emergency and your system begins responding in a steadier way.
Part 2 is 16 weeks of deeper identity based healing.
This is where the deeper patterns begin to change, not just the surface experience of anxiety. You will work through the anxiety identity, the inner protector, and the fear patterns that have kept vigilance in place for so long.
As this changes, tolerance for uncertainty grows, anticipation loses its grip, and self trust begins to return. This is guided support from me day by day and week by week, as your nervous system learns a new baseline and you stop organizing your life around fear.
